The house EVEN is ideal for families or groups who want to make a well-kept holiday with sophisticated demands in a personal setting – far from the normal hotel ambience and regulated processes. The apartment „Freude“ impresses with its loving furnishings with antique farm furniture, pictures, homemade embroidery on pillows, tablecloths, etc. The house was completely renovated and modernized in 2013 and has been family-owned for 3 generations.

My place is close to downtown St. Jakob and can be reached in just 5 minutes. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Hillside location overlooking St. Jakob. You'll love my place because our house is off the beaten track and therefore ideal for families with children. Whether in winter with a ski tour or in summer hiking, it is a perfect starting point. Many animals at the farm to pet or care for. Hof products available.

newly built farmhouse parlour, ideal for relaxing comfortably! Directly on the high-altitude hiking trail of St. Jakob, so you need the car little or never😄. Due to the spacious sofa bed, with a length of 2m, also 2 people can stay comfortably in the apartment! This allows a total of 4 people to spend their holidays in the apartment! Bedroom and kitchen have a beautiful balcony with a wonderful view of the Defereggen.

The Obergasteigalm is a cozy, lovingly maintained gem in the end of the Winkeltal: hiking paradise Volkzein. Beautiful days for two, with family or Friends off the beaten path without internet/phone. Cozy barbecue and chill evenings with fire bowl. Should the cooking spoon rest, stop at the cultivated Volkzeinerhütte. Hot shower & light available. In July we do our fields (are nearby). [Not in winter]

😁“old but gold” is this beautiful space in the😁 middle of the Hohe Tauern at the foot of the Grossglockner. Our rooms are both with shower in the room and toilet in the hallway, Lounge for self-catering!! Balcony with beautiful views, the entire area is on the 1st floor for your sole use, parking on the front door, shopping and restaurants nearby, very good starting point for many leisure activities!

The house is perfect for unforgettable evenings in a private setting. The sauna cottage is also available upon request.
