This cozy little house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything! Downtown Lansing, the airport, MSU, shopping centers and lots of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a pull out couch. An additional bedroom is downstairs with an egress window. Two full bathrooms on the main floor. The most notable feature of the house is the great room, large enough to hold any gathering. Book your reservation while it’s still available!

4 Bed 2.5 bath home in S.E. Lansing

We will be closed till June 30, 2023 to bring in new beds and some deep cleaning.-Sorry for the inconvenience. This family home has the best of city and and country. It's a rural setting with woods, pet friendly fields in back but just a bike ride away from Meijer Thrifty Acres, Target, banks, pet supply store, restaurants and more. The house also has plenty of couches and chairs for guests. Easy access to Michigan State University and state government adds to the convenience.

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
