large apartment of two floors, the first consists of a large room with a sectional room that in turn transforms into a large bed. on this floor also has a bar that in turn functions as a bar and breakfast. This floor has a small kitchen and a mini refrigerator, a modern desk and a full bathroom. In the room opposite the section there is a smart TV with Netflix access, dvd and theater at home. The upper floor has 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 large sofa, sectional furniture with television and DVD, 1 large dressing room, vanity and washing machine.

This is a 40 year old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture and original wooden details are seen throughout the place. Great attention to decor and comfort. House is meticulously cleaned for each new arrival. Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended Location is 10 minutes (driving ) to the center of the city. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *POOL EQUIPMENT NOT FOR GUESTS TO ACTIVATE/HANDLE
