Our lovely house is conveniently located just a 7 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 3 minutes’ to Mornington shopping centre. Bus stop just stands 2 minutes walk away which can take you right to Mornington or City centres. Plus 2 minutes walk to childcare or local playground, 3 minutes walk to Kaikorai Valley College . "Close enough to what we needed but far enough away to be lovely and quiet" (quoted from one of our lovely guests).

Our villa is located 500m from St Clair esplande. Beautiful white sand beaches, world famous surf with an array of restaurants and bars along the esplanade are within 5 minutes walk. The iconic heated salt-water pools and local shops are just around the corner. Use this as a base to explore the scenery and wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals and the yellow-eyed penguin.
