Small but fine: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m2) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an MFH. Typically, there are only small windows that don't allow as much natural light. There is a kitchen corner (Kühli, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink). Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Stay in one of Dresden's most beautiful parks during your visit. Enjoy the surroundings, the quiet dreaminess of the park and the landscape. We have a wonderful view of the vineyards and the city. This is our small quiet 2 room apartment in the heart of Dresden's Neustadt. The apartment is located in the back of an apartment house on the 3rd floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel cot and chairs for small children are available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
