10min walk to Beautiful Downtown SLO, Awesome coffee shop very close by. The best sandwich shop (high st. Deli) is also nearby. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom family home. Nice sun room dining area with medium sized living room. Front and back yard both are fenced in. Back yard has, Large trampoline, grass area, red wood trees, patio furniture.
