This is a very spacious 2-story 1,000 sq-ft apartment with a bedroom, lounge/bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a full size bathroom, a kitchen, and a wardrobe closet. There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only.

Amenities include floor heating throughout, wireless internet, and parking. Ideal spot for those looking to get away for the weekend. We also welcome long term stays as well.

This lower floor unit has been nicely updated and is furnished with everything you will need for your stay, including washer and dryer. It is centrally located and within walking distance to city center which boasts great little shops and many nice restaurants. The beautiful Oregon coast is only about an hour away. Explore Douglas Counties many hiking trails and water falls or enjoy a day of fishing in the beautiful Umpqua River that runs through Roseburg.
