Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval water castle and Romanesque church between Waldviertel and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bikes, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, ping pong table and the sauna with bathroom and outdoor shower are freely available to you. The small apartment on the 1st floor is situated on the sunny west side overlooking the enclosed picturesque courtyard. Your comfort is taken care of by an air conditioner with a heat pump that cools and warms. During the renovation, the original composition of the apartment was preserved, when the new shower is part of the kitchen. The toilet is separate. The apartment will primarily provide friends or families with up to four people (plus a travel cot on request). Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
