beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and new wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and evening. You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. You will stay on 50 square meters on level ground. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. By the sea in 45 minutes on a beautiful bike path or 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is in the edge of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula warmly invites every nature lover. So you will find a wide field behind our house where the cranes like to take a break on their way south in the fall. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

The city center is about2.5 km away, shopping for everyday needs is in the immediate vicinity. For 5 years we have been carefully renovating and breathing life back into the estate of 1899. On the upper floor of the manor house, a brick building typical for the region, a 115sqm spacious, light-flooded apartment awaits you. The old beams can be seen again.
