The Valley Getaway

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

This was our family home until we moved next door. The four bedrooms are upstairs along with 1 full bathroom and the laundry area. The other full bathroom is downstairs. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins.
