Het perfecte verblijf na een bezoek aan de stad Enschede! De lofts zijn in 2024 compleet gerenoveerd en ingericht en bestaan uit twee verdiepingen; een prachtige keuken met luxe kookeiland, badkamer en aparte toilet op de begane grond. Op de benedenverdieping vind je een eet/werkplek, een zithoek met comfortabele bank en tv. Hier bevindt zich ook de slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed. De appartementen zijn 80m2 en zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. De lofts hebben allebei een eigen entree.

Our apartment is located in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with multiple apartments. In the past, this building was a Bakery with a shop and house that it is now named after. The apartment is new and completely sustainably furnished and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The living area is 65m2. On the second floor is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available on request.

Apartment on the 13th floor, with beautiful views on the south towards the city center and west towards the University of Twente. Spacious living room with separate dining/study room (with electric piano) and 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m x 2 m. There is a spacious separate kitchen with dishwasher, magneteron, toaster and espresso machine and a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. In addition, a storage room with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet.
