The complex has a heated pool (its use and availability depends on the consortium and there may be times when it does not work), gym, laundry room and parking.

Our apartment quanta with an excellent view of Nahuel Huapi Lake. It is located 12 blocks from the center of Bariloche and has its own parking. It is equipped for 4 people with high quality sommiers, tv-cable, wifi and terrace. We also offer use of the playroom, gym and heated pool. It is advisable to come by car or rent one since it is not located in the center of the city.
