Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

The holiday apartment is located in a part of the building, which used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today, you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement. The building has been lovingly renovated for over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our rustic half-timbered house from 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest. Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
