Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched cottage is built in wooden construction and offers everything a family or a small tour group needs. A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely accessible, including the showers. The outskirts location offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding elevation trains of the Weser Uplands, the Ith and the Kanstein.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

We rent a 1 room, kitchen, bathroom, non-smoking apartment. It is 42 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2019. There are 3 sleeping places. (1 bed and new sofa bed). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is also a hair dryer, TV and radio. Towels and bed linen are provided in this self-catering accommodation.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
