It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Our cottage is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old, approximately 90 m2 house has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor two separate bedrooms and a toilet. Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or for anyone looking for a small but nice place to stay. The apartment is located in the center of downtown. The apartment is in the attic and therefore offers a good view of the tower of the castle. Opposite is a small ice cream cafe and various restaurants are within 2 minutes' walking distance. The train station is about 10 minutes walk and the bus station about 5 minutes walk.
