WE HAVE A 24 HR ONSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE Our Queen Anne Victorian is located atop Margaretville Mountain overlooking the majestic Catskill Mtns. Once owned by the Dutch family VanBenschoten was built circa 1886. The house has been honored by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As you step upon the 80 ft wrap around porch your eye catches the breathtaking mountain views. You are greated by your hosts Carol and Peter who will be respondsible for your comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfast can also be served on the verandah as well as our period Victorian dining room, complete with English bone china. Our period decorated rooms recreate the past yet have modern amenities for your convenience. Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in our overstuffed down comforters and pillows. Oh, and don't forget the oversized plush towels! One can also relax in our spa area located in the milk house of our historic Sears Roebuck barn dating back to circa 1910. In the morning rise to the aroma of fresh brewing coffee, and the smell of muffins baking in the oven. Be geeted by other friendly guests as you enjoy the mountain views from your dining seat. Breakfast orders are taken from a choice of Carol's secret french toast or country eggs any style, yum. Or if you prefer Belgian waffles, blueberry pancakes, or homemade crepes with local pure maple syrup. For our guests with special dietary needs we will prepare gluten free and dairy and nut free breakfasts. After breakfast enjoy the many activities our area has to offer such as: sking, hiking , kayaking, golf and swimming, just to mention a few. Welcome to One charming suite. A second floor private entrance invites you to a unique, cozy and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level of your room there is a stationary bike for a quick workout if desired. Tea kettle, coffee maker mini refrigerator with freezer compartment available. No kitchen but there is a small kitchenette available to you. Parking on premises. I follow Airbnb cleaning protocol that was developed with experts guidance.

When David and Joan purchased the property in 2017, it had been abandoned for twenty-two years, but retained many of its original details. If you are looking for a secluded place to escape, you've found it. This Private Log Cabin is on 47 Acres with a spectacular view down the valley in the Catskill Mountains. Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. I hope you find it as relaxing as I do.
