Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

The train station is a 10 min walk, so you are in Amsterdam in 20 minutes and Zaanse Schans in 15 minutes. The Strand, Volendam and Alkmaar are all a short distance away. Breakfast must be taken care of by yourself, but for delicious sandwiches, you can contact the local baker, who is within walking distance. Upon arrival, you will find various drinks in the fridge.
