It offers a lot of services just 5 minutes walk and is close to the river, which is ideal for bike rides. The area is safe and surrounded by green spaces. There is a bus stop one block away from our apartment and it is extremely easy to find cabs in the area. Also the corner of 21 de Setiembre and Jose Ellauri street is an important transport hub for city buses and taxis. Uber is probably the best option if you need to visit other areas of the city. AUTONOMOUS ENTRY and EXIT: You can enter and leave our accommodation autonomously since we have electronic lock and entrance to the building with virtual concierge. An entry key will be provided for the apartment that must be typed on the door and personal data for the virtual concierge to allow entry into the building. Use: If the accommodation is in good condition you can enter at longer times without the cohost being present, in the same way that you can check out at dawn if you have a flight for example.

Very well located in the middle of the Pocitos neighborhood, one block from the beach. It has Smart TV. Lots of amenities and restaurants in their surroundings. Distance to two shoppings and pub area. Cozy space ideal for couples. Very bright and in common areas with equipped grill and reading room. Very good central heating. 24-hour concierge service. Very nice apartment(cozy, tasteful and with everything you need for a comfortable stay )located in POCITOS STEPS from the SEA , ideal area either to walk, walk, jog along the Rambla , surrounded by bars ,rests and boutiques and nearby 2 shopping centers. Very good locomotion. Cap. for 2 people, exceptionally 3. Newly remodeled to new! Very comfortable apartment for two people, located in the neighborhood of Pocitos in the city of Montevideo. Two blocks from the boulevard, close to streets with great availability of public transport, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the 11th floor with a clear view, comfortable, fully equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen with basic dishes for 4 people, electric boiler, microwave, stove, toaster and minibar. The best location in Pocitos. Modern, quiet, spacious and with everything you need (includes washer, air conditioning, TV with You Tube) to enjoy your stay in Montevideo. Parking is not included , $10 is paid for $10 per night. It is located 200 meters from the most beautiful boulevard in the city, in a quiet area (no bus passing by) with access to public transport nearby to all the sights. BBQ can be rented on the top floor.
