Bright studio (28m2) in detached house with separate entrance, with private parking and outdoor seating in a quiet location (near hospital Davos). On foot in 6 min. in the center of Davos Platz with shopping, post office, bank, cafes, restaurants and Davos Platz train station. 7 min. to the nearest ski resort Jakobshornbahn, 7 minutes to the Bolgen (ski resort in the valley), 3 minutes to the cross-country ski trail, 2 min. to the nearest bus stop, 2 minutes to the dam walk along the Landwasser.

Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

You will love apartment 203 (30m2 with balcony 8m2) because of its quiet central location. You will hardly need the car during your stay. May to mid-December free outdoor parking. Free WLAN in the apartment. Beautyful lounge on the ground floor. The Parsennbahn, cross-country skiing trails, hiking trails, stores, restaurants, bars and the congress center are within walking distance or even faster by busstop Dischma. Fee for guest card and underground parking is to be paid on the spot.

The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. Charming, modern accommodation in the old Walserhaus. Sunny location, 2.1 km from Davos Dorf Station. Suitable for sporty guests. Well behaved dogs are also welcome. There is a bus connection until 7:30 pm, a 5-10 walk to the bus station. For skiers, a car (4-wheel drive or with chains) is an advantage.
