Please read our description before booking! Basement apartment close to I-15. Gas oven and range, full fridge, and breakfast provided. Close to Hill Air Force Base! You can enjoy a nice, quiet evening at the fireplace, grill in the backyard, or check out what’s around (Hill Aerospace Museum, Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, etc.). We are upgrading and updating the house as we can. The laundry room is in the basement, but separate from this apartment.

Enjoy the full basement with your family. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. There is a luxury king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in another and pack and play is available upon request. Located just minutes from downtown Salt Lake and :15 from the airport. Lots of mountain biking trails accessible from the property. Ski resorts and many other outdoor adventures await!
