Parking is a breeze with a dedicated off-street spot about 50 ft from the home. Kitchen is fully stocked with sodas, beer, wine, and spirits. Continental breakfast items are included, such as bagels, toast, butter, eggs, milk. Strong, fast wifi available throughout the home. Roku SmartTV in the living room and the master bedroom. Portable Bluetooth speaker available for playing your own music. Two bicycles plus helmets available for use at no cost. IMPORTANT NOTE: There have been news stories about hosts using webcams in their units. I do NOT have webcams anywhere inside or outside the apartment. Your complete privacy is assured. Entire place is yours! None, only as needed Start the day in Little Amps coffee shop, just a block away. Bike and run the lengthy, winding trail along the Susquehanna River, reachable only 3 blocks away. Walk to Midtown Harrisburg and visit Midtown Scholar Bookstore and Broad Street Market. Uber and Lyft both serve all of the Harrisburg area. Public transit is available via Capital Area Transit (CAT). Generally speaking, I do not allow pets. The Nest

THE NEST Located in heart of downtown New Cumberland, close to I-83, I-81, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Five minutes to Harrisburg and aprox. 20 minutes to Hershey, York and Carlisle. Within 1 block you will find a convenience store, movie theatre, several resturants, pubs, post office, laundromat and retail shops. Our 1875 building houses on the first floor, Deuce Gibb salon. The Nest Airbnb space is located on the second floor along with a Massage therapist and a Reiki room. While staying with us please feel free to book an appointment for any of these services. We can provide you with the information or make the appointments for you. Your space is set up like an efficiency apt with an easy pull out futon which sleeps two. Linens are provided. The kitchenette area is set up with a sink, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and is stocked with coffee and a few other miscellaneous items for you to enjoy. There is a bathroom in the hallway which is always kept tidy and clean but there is no shower. Just outside the bathroom is a balcony/porch for you to use as well. We look forward to having you as our guest.

Owners live on lower level if anything is needed but you will have all the privacy you want. Shared deck is available for use. 4 blocks from a park. 3 blocks to Elizabethtown College's beautiful campus. 5-6 blocks to downtown Elizabethtown where there are cute shops, restaurants, cafes and the public library. Elizabethtown is between Harrisburg, Lancaster and Hershey.

City House B&B is a blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The Helen room has an excellent view of the river with a King bed and en-suite bath. 1 of 4 rooms at a licensed B&B. Living room, dining room, den, sun room and outside are all shared spaces but spacious. There's plenty of seating outside with a table and a large, fenced-in yard. You'll also get a free parking space in our private parking lot located right behind the B&B.
