There is plenty for 3 families to come. There are no vehicles on the ground, so it's safe for children to play in the complex. Security guards are available 24 hours a day. There is a security device for the common entrance, so it is safe because external people can't enter. 1. There is free parking for 24 hours (multiple cars available) & electric charging stations (4 cars) -Line 2 Guui Station, Dong Seoul Terminal, and Seongsu are about 5-10 minutes away. It is good for sightseeing and local travel in Seoul. 2. Lotte World Children's Grand Park Sangsangnara, Ttukseom Amusement Park, etc., so it's good for traveling with children. 3. There are food alleys and Konkuk University flavors, so you can enjoy a variety of food. 4. "GS 25 convenience store, pharmacy, karaoke room, laundromat, beauty salon" in front of the front door of the apartment, etc. 5. "Body Friend Massage Chair" is popular!!! 6. 86 "TV 7. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and can accommodate up to 4 people with extra bedding, and up to 4 people, including infants. Free for 2 years and under (up to 24 months), no extra bedding if free. You can see the beautiful sunset, full of red light when the weather is good. We provide breakfast for a fee. (5,000 won/person, elementary school elementary school age 3,000 won/person, brunch for consecutive nights, etc.) Barbecue service is not provided. My house doesn't have a kitchen so you can't cook. We are aiming for the right food and a happy and relaxed life. I recently remodeled a 20 year old house and decorated one house with a pension. I try to be a host who does my best by remembering the regrets or inconveniences I've felt as a guest. Lying in a hammock in the summer, watching the night sky, Enjoy the fireplace fire in the winter. Watching 600 + jars makes me feel more at ease.
