Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. The cottage with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. Beautiful panoramic views of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal are available from the terrace. The location is perfectly suited for nature hiking and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are a 40-60-minute drive by car. The house has about 60 m² and also includes a sauna.

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola.
