It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Also has an ATV trail to lake!! Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

Page's Legacy “Perfect Fall Getaway”

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
