The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. Pleasant living room of 40 square meters, on one level with terrace to the south and views of the mountains . You are 15 minutes from Aix les Bains and 30 minutes from Annecy. 8 minutes by car, you have shops and restaurants in Grésy sur Aix . At your disposal, a fully equipped kitchen area, a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods,and a kettle. Linens and towels are included. Great for a couple , extra charge per person.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the plateau du Revard (40 min) for cross-country and hiking. One hour from here are the Aravis stations.

L'Orée des Bauges, small cottage facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. Non-treatment or pesticide environment. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. Pets not allowed. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
