It is a half of the house (with a locking door in between the rental and the home) with a separate entrance, porch, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/ living room area. We have one Penthouse covering the 2nd story, up a flight of stairs, nestled in the trees, with a small verandah to hang out on, right off the park. Great for romantic getaways, family's and groups of four! My place is close to Moffat - which is equal distance between Alamosa and Salida. It is the launch pad to the fun things to do out here in the middle of no-where. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space.

My place is close to Moffat - which is equal distance between Alamosa and Salida. It is the launch pad to the fun things to do out here in the middle of no-where. IE: Great Sand Dunes, hot springs, Hooper pool, UFO park, alligator park, etc!, parks. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
