This log cabin has a Queen size bed. It is pet friendly with a pet door exiting from the modest fitness room that is equipped with cross trainer, bench, and dumbbells. The back porch has a gas grill. The driveway is paved with a one car garage and automatic door. The property has an automatic gate with a pass code and is entirely fenced . The balcony has mountain views. The laundry room has a washer/dryer combo. This is a minimalist cabin with a fireplace and has plenty of natural light.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
