Friendly B&B in beautiful rural setting

Rampson B&B offers guests beautiful rural views and wonderful wildlife on our doorstep. Emma and Andrew love to entertain and socialise - dependent upon your wishes. Accommodation is a room with ensuite bathroom and king bed for 2 guests, however, if you are a party of 3 or 4, we can make a twin bedroom available with private access to our family bathroom. A varied breakfast is included and, we can offer dinner. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers, if you need a lift to/from Kirkby Stephen - ask.

A room in my shared home. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Breakfast can be arranged "make it yourself" fashion at an additional cost of £5. Vegan and gluten free food on offer. Wifi is fast. EVs can be charged at an additional cost. Please discus.

Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

The Courtyard studio offers self contained accommodation within our guesthouse located in Horden. The studio offers 1 king-size bed (or 2 singles if requested) plus a sofa bed. I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Squirrels, red kites, jays and many other birds can be seen here.
