Old sheepfold,Furnished tourism 3*,surrounded by nature

The countryside close to the city. In a formerly renovated farmhouse, this sheepfold (entrance and building independent of our personal home) was restored in 2003 and classified as "furnished tourist accommodation" 3 stars in 2022. Both northern and southern Burgundy are easily accessible. Dijon is 15 km away as well as the first village on the wine coast, Marsannay-la-Côte. Various and charming routes lead to Beaune in 40 mm. But the Ouche valley, the Auxois also deserve many visits.

Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating around the fireplace for up to four people. A flagstone floor, oak beams and lightly coloured limewash walls complete the décor with French doors leading into the private enclosed garden. Upstairs a generous mezzanine area has a desk and sofa which can convert to a full double bed. The bedroom is spacious; the bathroom includes a shower and a separate bathtub, all with under floor heating.
