The apartment is very bright and facing South West facing the ocean. Magnificent view (4th floor) in the middle of the bay of La Baule. The residence is quiet and very well maintained, with private parking and elevator. You just have to cross the street and you are on the beach! 3 minutes walk from shops, market, bike rental and restaurants. A 20-minute walk from De Gaulle Avenue. Bicycle path at the bottom of the residence and everywhere around. Baby welcome (free kit available).

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation. very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, daily market, shopping avenue, a small crossroads marcket , boulangerie patisserie) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a fold out bed of 90. the shower room and independent WC have a window.
