The hut sits alone on a large lawned garden that you have to yourselves, there is a double bed with new memory foam mattress, sofa bed, kitchen, modern shower/toilet block. Spend your days walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking….. or just relaxing. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Horses welcome at extra cost.

Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.
