Beech Hut. Warm, cosy cabin near to the sea.

Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

This is my familys hide-away on the Isle of Wight in the beautiful Freshwater Bay. We tried to make it as cosy and welcoming as possible. It's a 2 bed that can sleep 5 and has an enclosed garden at the front and it's own parking space. It's a 5 min walk from the Bay and a 10 min walk from Freshwater town. Anywhere on the island is under an hour away by car. There's a local shop + bar minutes walk away and a large supermarket under 5 min drive. Everything you need for a relaxing island getaway!

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.
