This is a home ready for guests! Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath and is in a residential neighborhood. Home has a park-like setting front yard area and a very spacious jungle-looking backyard with a bougainvillea-surrounded trellis, leading to a built fireplace. Please note that the outside seating does not include upholstered seating. There is WIFI in the house, the sofa also converts into a bed. This place is a guesthouse located at the outskirts of Harlingen Texas. Very peaceful being it is out of city limits but still very close to restaurants, shopping etc. Just a 4 minute drive. You will have access to the pool and outdoor furniture as well as a charcoal grill. It is also a 45 minute drive to South Padre Island and 35 minute drive to the big city of Mcallen, Tx. and 15 minutes away from the outlets in Mercedes Tx.
