Swing by the Rodeo From Upscale Home Near Downtown

Rock back on the bench under the tree out front before heading back inside to cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace. There are hardwood floors and exposed beams, with plenty of luxuries in-between, from a 4-poster bed to a tiled bathroom with tub. (There is a private guesthouse on the property.) Pet fee $100 This home is filled with great detail and style. You will feel right at home with the comfy beds and couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to prepare a great meal. We welcome families, bachelorette groups, retired folks looking to get out of the heat and much much more. Please come visit us !!! -1 minute from multiple grocery stores -5 drive minute drive to downtown Prescott, or a 20 minute walk. -5 drive to tons of biking and hiking trails -5 minute drive to great restaurants (There is also a 1 bdrm 1 bath guesthouse out back. It is also for rent thru Airbnb. It is listed under Hideaway Downtown Stylish Decor. Bring the extended family and rent the whole place.) You are welcome to the swinging bench out front under the tree, the side yard off the kitchen and the community back yard which is shared with the 1bdrm casita out back. Several grocery stores are close, while the restaurants, cafes, and shops of downtown are within walking distance or a short drive away. Bike and hike locally, and make time for all the spills and thrills to be had at the nearby rodeo grounds. This home is located in a family friendly environment. Please be respectful to all neighbors. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. The right side of the driveway is for you, and the left side of the driveway is for the private guesthouse out back.
