Terrace with panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains for noisy discussions or secluded relaxation with your favorite. Particularly comfortable with children. It takes 7 minutes to go down to the beach in summer. In the morning, the entire terrace is flooded with sunlight. At night, magic silence and lunar path. Free parking in front of the house. Can also 6 people, there is an additional fully equipped floor only if the company is more than 4 people.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
