We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. This Ground floor Studio apartment with private entrance has ocean Views & walking distance to the Big Banana, Diggers Beach and bottom of street pathway to Macauleys Headland good Rock fishing here ask Dave for a lend of Rod. A 7ft Soft Mal or boogie boards also available for loan to play at Diggers Beach. Diggers Beach has BBQ and playground and fresh water showers. Whale watching May to October from the street or short walk to frontage of Macauleys Headland.
