Beauty is in the details and this custom cabin is a custom cutie, with hints of fun whimsy pops of color through out. We fell in love the minute we walked in the door and we hope you will too! Located within a couple miles of Desoto State Park and downtown Mentone, Poets Paradise is the perfect spot for those wanting easy access to the beautiful falls or an awesome dinner out at WildflowerCafe.

Fernwood Forest

This is a true log cabin in the woods adjoining 9,000 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest. The home is on a small creek in a valley by Taylor's Ridge with private trails to the top of the mountain. There is a large stone fireplace in the den. Though it is a rustic setting we have great WIFI and streaming 4K HDR TV. We have space and facilities for dog and horse owners. Cloudland Canyon, Jarrod's Place Bike Park, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN are nearby and great day time destinations.

Originally built in 1940, with pine walls, floors & ceilings still intact. Wavy board/live edge timber exterior from local sawmill. 2-car carport. Smart TVs (Roku/Android) for rainy days. Near Cloudland Canyon State Park (1.5m), Hanggliding (8m), Chattanooga (28m), Canyon Grill restaurant (.6m), and many wedding venues. Queen bed in main level bedroom, full bed in open loft and twin pull-out in the living room. Private screened back porch, slackline, WiFi, TV, Gas grill, carport. Max 2 dogs are ok. No dishwasher, ice-maker or fire pit. NO SMOKING or tow-behinds.
