My house was built in the 60's in the most prestigious residential area in Kingston,yet just a 5 minute drive to downtown,waterfront,Queen's University,St. Lawrence College,McArthur College, Kingston General Hospital,restaurants,shopping, parks,hotels,boat cruise lines,museums,& golf course.There's a private park across the street, & beautiful views looking over a golf course & Rideau Trail.The house is great for families & larger groups up to ten people. WiFi, & a 65" 4K TV, Netflix etc..

We have decks, hammocks, and gazebos along the water. The large in-ground pool is newly renovated. Each cottage has their own firepit with Adirondak chairs, and we provide firewood for free!
