Charming backyard cottage with pool

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, our studio cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We also accept dogs. Please read our house rules for those rates. Due to the pandemic we are temporarily limiting stays to 31 day minimums. we sincerely apologize and hope to resume normal practices soon.

This newly renovated guesthouse has so much to offer! There is a full kitchen with a bar and all cooking essentials, a walk-in shower, dining table and living room. It also includes a full tennis court, basketball hoop, swimming Pool, gazebo with plenty of seating, Fire pit, large lawn and hot tub. There are plenty activities to enjoy such as cornhole, badminton, tennis equipment and more. This is a very relaxing space for one person or the whole family, business or pleasure.

Updated VINTAGE Mid-Century original, with room to roam, makes a perfect environment for intimate gatherings, or a peaceful, private getaway. Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.
