Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. House of 80 m2 in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. As an annex to my main house, it sometimes accommodates my older children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 BZ sofa in the living room), has reserved parking. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.
