Very close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso, the beach of the source and the beautiful customs way. An ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the popular district of Gourmalon.

House overlooking the sea with terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access on the customs road, 100 meters from the beach of the source and thalassotherapy, the train station is 900 meters, the port 1 km, close to all shops. Following many messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from 4 nights minimum in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as Spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding .

The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet dead end ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the Millac saltworks, 15' from the safari "wild planet" and 30' from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site ( ping-pong, pétanque, barbecue, possibility on request of loan of equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.
