Fox Farm Suite. Luv this neighborhood, large yard!

PRIVATE suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. Featuring two rooms, one with a double bed the other with king sized bed and living space. Couch is a queen sized pull- out. A well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Includes AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. My house is located downtown Charlottetown and is close to all amenities. The dining room table seats 4 people comfortably and there is a smaller table in the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor, just behind the kitchen area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The washroom is located upstairs at the end of the hall.
