Oaxaca is a charming studio with a private balcony in a guesthouse named Casa Calé in the heart of Ajijic. You can click on host profile to view the other Casa Calé suites and their availability! Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

Spacious apartment with view of the Lake, Mountains, and Koi Pond. Located within a few blocks (easy walking) of Ajijic’s many amenities. Secure, designated parking within estate walls. Estate tennis/pickle ball court, HEATED pool & gardens for guests to enjoy. Full kitchen with an outdoor patio grill, pizza oven, experienced host. I'm a REALTOR and I will answer any questions about Real Estate. No pets allowed in Casa Coco because of not having suitable outdoor space.
