Newly Remodeled, Center of Champaign.

Newly remodeled tri-level home located in the center of Champaign. Minutes away from downtown, the University, the State Farm Center, tons of shopping and good restaurants. The home has been renovated from top to bottom featuring a Urban Farmhouse Modern feel throughout. The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed. The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop. The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. My house offers all the original charm w/beautifully updated kitchens, bathrooms, screened back porch & 2nd story upper deck. There is a 1 car garage & a carport for winter parking. The house has been furnished with antiques as well as University of Illinois memorabilia. There is a gas log fireplace in the home's den and electric fireplaces in several bedrooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. There is a gas grill on the screened porch and a fire pit in the fenced back yard.

J&E Homestead--spacious home in the country!!

Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini football! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.
