Rest in the Granges, in a former dairy farmhouse and the filming of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style - the place in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - Comfortable: one TV per room. [Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984 it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I rent it in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor which is not accessible. Chalet located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing.
