Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

My place is directly on the embankment. Direct access to the beach. The view is exceptional, sea and entrance to the port not overlooked. the 2 room apartment, 38m2. Elevator. Composed of 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 living room with 140 click. Linens provided for 1 bed. Numerous cupboards and wardrobe. Shower room with shower, separate toilet. Fully equipped American kitchen, you won't want for anything! Flat-screen TV, Wifi... Closed balcony, southwest Private parking location.

House overlooking the sea with terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access on the customs road, 100 meters from the beach of the source and thalassotherapy, the train station is 900 meters, the port 1 km, close to all shops. Following many messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from 4 nights minimum in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as Spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding .
