Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Welcome to this cosy country shelf where you're embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples.
