Bottom floor of duplex located on Donner Summit. A hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Like a home on a golf course except up here the golf course is Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort and Soda Springs downhill ski resort. Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch ski resorts are only two miles down the road. Boreal is just one exit away on highway 80. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Our guests also get discounted tickets to both the Tahoe Donner downhill and cross-country ski resorts. A private parking lot is available for our guests.
