Ideal for a couple, this compact, one bedroom apartment has a well equipped kitchen and double height dining/living room with French doors opening out onto a small balcony with the most amazing 180 degree views of Falmouth Harbour. A modern, light and airy self-contained annexe (attached to the main family house). The flat has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner leading out to a private deck. The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.
