Monte Cristo villa on water is spacious house located only 50m from lake Ada. The house has 300m2, where guests can use cozy living room with river view, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other that beside huge bed has the addition of sofa and jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have wonderful view. House has big terrace on the water ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Visitors have the possibility to use a motor boat for complete enjoyment on the river.

Luxury floating-house on the Sava river with private pool witch is designed to provide wonderful and unique experience. Just 10 minutes walk from famous city beach Ada Ciganlija. From city center 15 minutes by car and about 4 km distance from shopping center Ada mall that opened recently. Distance from airport is 25 minutes by car. Nearby you can find markets. Around floating-house there are 3 restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and many specialties.

Stay on the water! Our floating home is a dream to be in the immediate environment of the water. We would also like to share this extraordinary project with you, your family and friends. On a floating platform of 65m² we built a house of 35m² + terrace of 30 m² + SPA platform of 25 m², which gives us a total of 90m² of floating private usable area. The house is comfortable, warm, safe and year-round.

The raft was registered for 12 people and 6 for an overnight stay. Not intended for louder music and parties.
